Prague Castle with St. Vitus Cathedral, Czech Republic (UNESCO)
Prague Castle is one of the is one of the most important cultural buildings in the Czech Republic. It is the largest ancient castle in the world, according to the Guiness book of Records and has been the seat of power for the Bohemian kings, Holy Roman Emperors and the presidents of the republic. In a hidden room inside the Bohemian crown jewels are kept safe.
Towering over the castle you see the gothic Metropolitan Cathedral of St. Vitus, Wenceslaus and Adalbert, the seat of the Archbishop of Prague and largest church of the county. Many of the Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors are entombed inside.
Thank you Adéla for this wonderful evening view !!!
