Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardegna, Italy


Santa Teresa Gallura is located on the northern tip of the island of Sardinia, Italy. In summer it is a major tourist spot on Sardinia with a beautiful beach and clear water.  The southern coast of Corsica can be seen from that beach.

This beautiful postcard was sent by Selina Careddu. It shows the San Pietro Arch and the Chiesa del Rosario in Tempio Pausiana, a smaller town in the north of the island of Sardinia.

St. Paul's Cathedral, London, UK



The first church built in this place dates back to 604 AD. The current cathedral,  seat of the Bishop of London,  was built in the 17th century in English Baroque Style designed by Sir Christopher Wren. St. Paul's Cathedral is one of the most attractive tourist sites in London.

Castelsardo is a town and castle on the island of Sardinia, Italy. The castle was built by the Doria family of Genoa in the 12th century,  The panorama view on the card looks very inviting.

Stavrovouni Monastery, Larnaca, Cyprus


Stavrovouni Monastery is a Greek Orthodox monastery located on a hill in the district of Larnaca, Cyprus. It was founded in the 4th century by Saint Helena, the mother of Constantine the Great. The monasterie's main relic is a piece of the Holy Cross. Each year on the 14th of September there is a huge ceremony for the Day of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
