Wonderful surprise card from Monika and Dieter Pech from their trip to Wittenberg in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. In 1996 the Augustinian Monastery, where Martin Luther was at home for a while, first as a monk and later as owner, as well as various Luther and Melancthon memorials were inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996.
