Charlottenburg Palace, Berlin, Germany

Charlottenburg Palace was built at the end of the 17th century and is the largest palace in Berlin, Germany. It is the only surviving royal residence in the city of the Hohenzollern Family. It was badly damaged in World War II but has been reconstructed and now is a major tourist attraction in our captial city.  The original palace was commissioned by Sophie Charlotte (hence the name of the palace), the wife of Friedrich III, Elector of Brandenburg.
This wonderful card was sent by Sabine for the Postcrossing Faves Tag
