Castle Pernstejn, Czech Republic



Castle Pernstejn, located near Brno in the south Moravian Region in Czech Republic was founded by the Lords of Melov in the 13th century. It is nicknamed the "Marble Castle" due to the marble-like stone that was used to frame the doors and windows. It is also one of the best preserved castle of the Czech Republic.
