A wonderful postcard from Janti Qar, showing the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid al-Nabawi) in Medina. It is one of the biggest mosques in the world. As the final resting place of the Prophet Muhammad it is considered the second holiest site in Islam.

In reviving our postcard/stamp friendship Janti Qar sent me this awesome postcard from his trip to Saudi Arabia. It shows the holy Muslim city of Mecca with the Masjid-al-Haram, the largest mosque in the world built around the Kaaba.
