Huahine, French Polynesia

What an exotic place to visit! Huahine Island belongs to the Society Islands in French Polynesia. One of the main tourist attractions on the island is a bridge spanning a stream with 3-6 ft long eels. These eels are deemed sacred by the local people.

Tetiaroa Island, French Polynesia

Tetiaroa Atoll is part of French Polynesia. Once it was the holiday spot for the  Pomare Family, the rulers of the country. In 1960 Marlon Brando "discovered" the island while scouting for places for shooting the Mutiny on the Bounty movie. Later he bought the island and actually lived there whenever he found time away from his hectic Hollywood life.
