Wulingyuan, Yunquing Terrace, China (UNESCO)

Mystic view of Yunquin Terrace in the Wulingyuan Area in China. It is located in the Hunan province and covers an area of about 26,000 ha. There are over 3,000 narrow sandstone pillars and and peaks. There are numerous gorges, streams and waterfalls, over 40 caves. A really spectacular landscape. It was inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992.
The postcard was sent by Christy (DearChristy) for the Postcrossing Favourites Tag.
