This card I sent myself when visiting Bayreuth. During the reign of Margravine Wilhelmina, a sister of King Frederich the Great of Prussia, and her husband the Margrave Frederick Bayreuth experienced its golden age. They built numerous splendid buildings among them the New Palace and Margravial Opera house which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
