Beautiful Castle Schwerin! This postcard I received for the Postcrossing Favourites Tag from Daniela. It is more a palace than a castle and located on an island in the Schwerin Lake. The city is the capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Federal State and the castle accomodates the state's parliament. and is on the UNESCO Tentative list.
