Georgetown Lake, Texas, USA

Georgetown Lake in Texas, located on the north fork of San Gabriel River, serves as flood control and a source of drinking water for the whole area. It was formed with the completion of the North San Gabriel Dam in 1979 and is managed by the Fort Worth District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
This great card was sent by Amanda Hakkarainen for the WiP Freshwater Swap.
