Taroudant, Morocco
The trip to Taroudant, about an hour outside of Agadir, Morocco, was really interesting. The walk through the Souks absolutely fascinated me. All the different smells and views reaching from typically oriental (clothing, spices, fruit and vegetables) to modern day items like cell phone shops and tv stores :) I was glad we had a guide to take us through the winding paths and roads, I think all on our own we would never have found our way out of this labyrith again. What also impressed me was the huge city wall with the palm trees all around it and all this located against the snowcapped Anti-Atlas mountains. Absolutely stunning!
